Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, Justice (Retd.) Shri P. Sathasivam declared the 46th KVS National Sports Meet for Girls open at a grand opening ceremony held at the Kerala University Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram on 26 October 2015. Hon’ble Commissioner of KVS Shri Santosh Kumar Mall, IAS, presided over the function. Shri S. Selvaraj, Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner, KVS Ernakulam Region welcomed the gathering. Shri Johnson Mathew, Assiatant Commissioner, KVS, Ernakulam Region proposed vote of thanks.

Sh Selavaraj, DC, KVS RO Ernakulam presided over the meeting with in-charges and members of all the committees and briefed up the issues. Sh. Johnson Mathew, AC, KVS RO Ernakulam had taken the stock of the planning for opening ceremony. The whole programme of Opening ceremony on 25.10.2015 at 04:30 PM is reviewed and updated by the Deputy Commissioner. Mrs Meenakshi, AC, KVS RO Ernakulam proposed Vote of thanks.

The logo and mascot of the KVS Nationals 2015 to be held in KVS Ernakulam Region will be released  by Shri S. Selvaraj,Deputy Commissioner, KVS RO, Ernakulam on 5 October 2015 at a Press Meet at the Press Club, Thiruvananthapuram.
